Winter monthly rate:  $999.00 plus sales tax for 6 month lease OR $450.00 per week plus sales tax..  Just bring your clothes and food! Winter Special" starting Nov 1st ending April 30th.

porch.

"Palm Tree Bedroom" has Queen size bed, Armoire, chest of drawers, 2
chairs, 2 nightstands & 2 carts.

"Old Florida Bedroom" has Queen size bed, Armoire, Lg Dresser w/
lighted mirror, nightstand & small TV.

" The Sea Shore Bedroom" has full size bed, chest of drawers, armoire,
2 padded benches & 2 chairs.

Living Area has a queen size sofa bed, full size sofa bed, table for
two, end tables, coffee tables, TV, books, DVD player, & games.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, cookware,
silverware, cutlery, range, refrigerator.  Utility/Coffee area is
equipped with washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, coffee pot, espresso
machine, small french press, toaster, toaster oven, can opener, coffee,
tea, creamer, sugar, splenda.  First  supply of paper towels, toilet
tissue, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, dish detergent &
cleaning supplies.  Tenant should replace these items when needed.  All
linens furnished including sheets, comfortors, blankets, towels,
handtowels, washbloths.

There is a covered deck/porch w/ electricity, patio table & 4 chairs, 2
wicker chairs & coffee table and bench seat.  Also a picnic area with
picnic table, and charcoal grill.

Rates: 

$180.00-  2 night min., Monday thru Thursday. $80.00 cleaning fee, $50.00 per extra guest

$450.00 -3 night min. Monday thru Thursday.  $80.00 cleaning fee.  $50.00 per extra guest

$599.00 -3 night weekend min., Fri, Sat & Sun. night check out 11:00 am Monday $80.00 cleaning fee. $50.00 per extra guests

$900.00- Weekly.  Monday night thru Sunday night check out 11:00 am Monday.  $50.00 per extra guest.

All rates are based on 6 guests.  $50.00 per extra guest.

"The Old Florida" Bedroom.  Queen size bed, Lg dresser

"The Palm Tree" Bedroom has a private entrance from the front, a queen
size bed, armoire, chest of drawers, 2 nightstands, 2 chairs, & 2 carts.

Kitchen is fully equipped w/ range, refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee
area with coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, espresso machine, can
opener, dishes, glassware, serving dishes, pots/pans, cookware,
cutlery, sliverware, coffee, tea,creamer, sugar & splenda for initial
stay.  Paper towels & toilet tissue are supplied initially but guests
should supply their own necessaries after that.
Dish towels, dish cloths, cleaning supplies are also supplied.

Dining room is equipped with a table & 6 chairs, plus a highboy table
w/ 4 chairs, a total of seating for 10.  Also cabinet with serving
dishes, etc and shelves with maps of Carrabelle and other info.
 

"The Sea Shore" Bedroom is equipped with a double (full size) bed,
armoire, 2 padded matching benched, 2 chairs & chest of drawers.

The Sea Port Cottage is equipped with 2 full baths.  The main bath off
the "Sea Shore" bedroom has tub only, vanity cabinet & sink, wall
mirrors and commode.  The 2nd bath has small shower only, sink, commode
and linen closet.
